Joel Chase, PE, SE founded JT Chase Engineering in 2013. Prior to opening the doors for business, he gained experience in multiple disciplines of civil engineering at a small company. Joel is competent and skillful in engineering tasks related to structural systems, land development, geotechnical, stormwater, water distribution, and wastewater
Joel’s great work ethics were developed long before he started practicing engineering. Joel entered the United States Military upon high school graduation in 1998, as an 82nd airborne infantry soldier. After four years of active duty and obtaining the rank of Sergeant, he was honorably discharged and enrolled in college to study civil engineering. Joel excelled and was granted numerous scholarships throughout his studies at Dutchess Community College and Manhattan College. While going to school, Joel held jobs in construction and found time to intern in engineering. In 2008, Joel graduated form Manhattan College and started work full time in engineering.
